SpAItial Ltd ("SpAItial", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies, including JavaScript and local storage (which we collectively refer to as "cookies" in this Cookie Policy), on the websites and applications we operate:

We use cookies to keep the Website working (including so you can sign in to secure areas), to remember essential preferences, and — only if you agree — to understand how the Website is used so we can improve it. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking pixels, and we do not share cookie data with advertising networks.

Analytical or performance cookies

These cookies, and the PostHog script that sets them, collect information about the pages or screens you visit, product usage, errors, and (on the SpAItial Platform) session replay of your in-app activity. This helps us improve the Website. They are only set if you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner. If you choose "Reject non-essential", we do not load PostHog.

We do not use functional cookies beyond the essential preference storage listed below, and we do not use targeting or advertising cookies.

Cookies we use

Essential cookies

sb--auth-token (including chunked variants such as .0 / .1, and sb--auth-token-code-verifier)

Provider: Supabase (third party), on app.spaitial.ai and developers.spaitial.ai Purpose: Keeps you signed in to secure areas of the Website and restores your session when you return. Without this cookie, log-in will not work. Duration: Up to 400 days. Your signed-in session itself lasts until you sign out or the session expires.

aw_id

Provider: SpAItial, on app.spaitial.ai Purpose: Stores the workspace you last selected so the correct workspace loads when you return, including during server rendering. Duration: 1 year.

__cf_bm and related Cloudflare Turnstile cookies

Provider: Cloudflare (third party), on www.spaitial.ai when a protected form is shown Purpose: Distinguishes genuine users from bots on selected marketing forms (for example programme applications). This is a security measure, not analytics or advertising. Duration: Typically up to 30 minutes.

cookie-consent (local storage)

Provider: SpAItial, on www.spaitial.ai and app.spaitial.ai Purpose: Stores whether you accepted all cookies or rejected non-essential cookies, so we can honour that choice and do not re-prompt you on every page. Duration: Until you clear site data or change your preference via Cookie Settings.

spaitial-theme / spaitial-developers-theme (local storage)

Provider: SpAItial, on app.spaitial.ai, developers.spaitial.ai and related apps Purpose: Remembers light or dark appearance so the interface does not flash the wrong theme on return. Duration: Until you clear site data or change the theme.

Analytical or performance cookies

These are only set after you accept non-essential cookies. They are used on www.spaitial.ai and app.spaitial.ai.

ph_* / phc_* PostHog cookies (and PostHog local storage)

Provider: PostHog (third party) Purpose: Distinguishes users, measures how the Website is used, captures product events and errors, and on app.spaitial.ai records session replay to help us debug and improve the product. PostHog is not loaded unless you accept non-essential cookies. Duration: Typically up to 1 year.

ph_session_id

Provider: SpAItial, set only after PostHog has loaded on app.spaitial.ai Purpose: Associates in-app requests with the same PostHog session so product analytics and error reports can be correlated. Duration: 30 minutes.

Third-party cookies

The following third parties place cookies or similar technologies on your device when you use the Website. They do not show you their own cookie notice, so we provide this information and collect consent on their behalf where consent is required.

• Supabase — essential authentication cookies, described above. See Supabase privacy.
• Cloudflare — essential bot-management cookies on protected marketing forms. See Cloudflare privacy.
• PostHog — analytical cookies and scripts, including session replay on the SpAItial Platform, only after you accept non-essential cookies. See PostHog privacy.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, those providers will set their own cookies on their websites during the sign-in flow. That is covered by their policies, not this Cookie Policy.

We do not allow advertising networks or other third parties to place targeting cookies on the Website.

How to manage cookies on our Website

You do not have to accept non-essential cookies. Essential cookies cannot be switched off via the Website because sign-in and basic operation depend on them.

Website settings

When you first visit, we show a cookie banner. You can:

• Accept all — essential cookies plus PostHog analytics (and session replay on the SpAItial Platform)
• Reject non-essential — essential cookies only; we will not load PostHog You can withdraw that consent at any time by opening Cookie Settings in the Website footer (on www.spaitial.ai and app.spaitial.ai) or Settings > Legal in the SpAItial Platform, then choosing again. Withdrawing consent stops us loading PostHog on later visits. Any PostHog cookies already on your device may remain until they expire or you delete them via your browser. This is how you opt out of third-party analytics cookies on our Website. You do not need to visit PostHog's site to withdraw consent.

Browser settings

You can also disable cookies through your browser. Each browser is configured differently.
